I am so sore, I dont know why but my nipples hurt so bad. They didnt even hurt this bad when I first started nursing. The pump is evil. I have been using lanolin and breast milk on my nipples but it really isnt helping. They feel bruised and evie treating them like taffy doesn't help them. My supply is up a little bit but not much. I am not sure it will ever come back. Poor evie I have been forcing her to nurse like every 2 hours so I don't have to pump. I only pump at night after she goes to bed or if she is napping and the 2 hours is up. This stinks.

I thing my supply is going up! Last night I was able tp pump 1.5 oz! I have been colecting the pumped milk in a bottle so I can give it to Evie if she needs a bottle. I almost have enough for 1 feeding. Ev even seems to be nursing better. Today I have to go get bloodwork done, go to evies Dr to get her records released so we can change dr's for her. Hopefully they schedual a well baby visit. I want to get her weight checked to make sure that this while supply issue has not really effected her.

Today is the first day of m trying to get my supply back up. I have been pumping after every feeding and every 2 hours to try to keep my breasts as empty as possible so they make more milk. I am also increasing my fluid intake. I really don't drink anything maybe one glass of water a day and coffee or tea. I am also going to start taking the fenegreek caps too. I wish I would have realized my supply was so low sooner, hopefully it's not too late to recover it.

:( I really think my supply is drying up. I just pumped each side for 15 min and got .25oz between the two. No wonder Evie wont nurse. There is nothing there. I guess all the on-off she had been doing is because she isn't getting anything.....
